Job Title: General Operative with Garden Maintenance Experience

Job Description: We are a growing company in need of a skilled and reliable General Operative with Garden Maintenance experience to join our team. As a General Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including garden maintenance, landscaping, and general labor duties.

Responsibilities:
– Perform garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting.
– Assist with landscaping projects, including the installation of hardscaping features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
– Operate and maintain various equipment, including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and other power tools.
– Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, digging, and moving heavy objects.
– Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
– 1+ years of experience in garden maintenance and landscaping.
– Knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees.
– Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
